"Staff were so lovely from arrival and allowed us to check in slightly early which was appreciated. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's great value for money. This would easily be a 5star if it had a pool and a spa. "Overnight stay to celebrate our first anniversary at nearby Le Manoir. Check in/out was fine, room very clean and great size. Used the bar for a pre dinner drink, couldn't get our original choice as key ingredient missing (staff very apologetic). Didn't use any of the other facilities - spa (unable to get a joint session)/pool (lifeguard training on Fri morning). Staff very polite and helpful"
