"We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. "

However I didn’t like or understand having to leave my card details and effectively a deposit for items that had been made available in the room. If you don’t trust people just don’t have them available. The other issue was the floor in the room which was very unsteady and the hotel and hotels.com should really add that somewhere...
