"Very nice Hotel, only stayed overnight, very convenient for The New Theatre. Had a meal in the restaurant, food was very good and service too. Didn't use any of the Spa or Leisure facilities. Only complaint was that it was very noisy through the early hours of the morning with people back and fore and doors banging but this wouldn't put me off staying here again."

"Had a lovely stay, hotel was in perfect location and the on-site parking was an added bonus (you have to pay extra but worth it) everything you need is either walkable or Uber's arrived in minutes. The room door card was a bit temperamental and didn't work first time EVER, and I did have to get it sorted in reception once as it completely gave up, a fridge would have been handy but not a game changer. Overall a lovely visit and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bristol."

"The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Ultimately like any hotel it’s just a building; however, what sets this building apart is the staff. We stayed two nights and from the outset we were made to feel like old returning friends. Special mention goes to restaurant staff Nathan, Bessy and Coulay (I guarantee that I’ve misspelt that), also to night desk staff member Andrew. If I have need of a hotel in Newport again I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else. Great service. "

"We was quite pleased with our room at the Manor House and much better value for money. We had afternoon tea in the olive tree and the food was nice but considering it wasn’t busy the service wasn’t very good, it took a while before I was given water I had asked for and the Prosecco I was offered and accepted never arrived. We used facilities and although we enjoyed it was a shame the men’s changing rooms were out of order and the only alternative was for my husband to use the disabled toilet to...
