"Really good quiet location with free, and easy parking options. Hop, skip and a jump to two supermarkets plus an easy walk home from a night out. Bathroom a little tired. Seem to always get the room with the cracked basin. Decent sized fridge is great. Not multi storied making it easy to come & go quickly. Always enjoy our stay at the Ventura. "

"Great location and fantastic staff! Only issue in room is dryer door was falling off (I forgot to tell front desk when we left). Parking is tight; difficult to turn around, I’ve never been a fan of car stacking, but we didn’t have any issues. Everything else was great!"

"We were disappointed there were no electric blankets on the bed since they use cotton summer sheets. Luckily I brought a fluffy blanket so put that between the sheets. The room was freezing when we arrived and the heat pump was not that great."

"Amazing! Can’t fault anything. Rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean and spacious. Simple but sufficient. We even had a spa bath in our superior king room. Staff were first class! Customer service wonderful! Propeller restaurant is an absolute must - beautifully designed and modern and our meal was better than some meals I’ve had in five star restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks so much. "
