"My first experience at this property was not a stellar one, and I was reluctant to stay here again but needed to as my preferred picks were sold out. My second stay was improved but not top notch - I find the rooms very hot/hard to sleep in because of noise and I find it very strange that you can’t use the stairs to get in and out of the hotel lobby. Some items I did really enjoy were the free water bottles and fill stations, the friendly staff, and guest necessities closet "
