"The staff at the hotel (frontdesk, porter and breakfast) are friendly. However the staff at the restaurants are very unprofessional. There is a big pool in the hotel that is open to public, very dirty. At least there is a smaller one on the other side for hotel guest only. Make sure to ask for the moroccan style tooms that are far better than the european ones. But all the rooms and the whole is in very bad condition. Too bad because the site is beautiful."
