"The air-conditioning, for the 4 days, 3 nights I was staying, was not working. Granting that it was mostly cool days, it is just not right for the air-conditioning not to be wirking because the room was warm. I had to open the window all night. Still relatively warm. The inconvenience makes the price they charge not commensurate. It now seems over priced. But the staff were great most especially Robbie and Natalia. Breakfast was so good! "

The hotel makes a good impression outside - it looks nice and modern. The reception hall and restaurant are also quite presentable. Further in gets a little bit old-style and worn. "This is an excellent hotel. The receptionist,(Chelo),was really friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Restaurant has good food and service. Excellent quiet location near the beautiful main square of Graus."
