"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time.
Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the service made the entire experience feel very high-end. The staff even brought our luggage up to the room, which was such a nice touch after a long day of traveling.
I was especially impressed by all the little details in the room. They provided vanity kits, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a brush, and other toiletries that you don't always find in hotels. Everything was thoughtfully presented and made the stay feel much more...

"The hotel is in good neighborhood. Easy access to metro. The bathroom design is terrible and doesn’t provide privacy at all. The curtain needles to said it didn’t work to block the view of the bathroom as intended. Not for family, only for individual business travelers."
"The hotel is in a great central location for exploring Lisbon.
I stayed in 2 rooms during my stay; a Double Room and a Small Room With Street View. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean but I did find the Small Room to be very compact and cosy, the Double Room was much more spacious."
