Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. "This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Very impressive hotel. I could look at the dining room ceiling for a long time and never stop wondering how it was constructed. Slightly hidden away from the front with an anonymous facade with a generous car park around the back that’s east to miss, the hotel is an oasis within a fairly bland industrial city. The reception area is generous and well appointed with friendly staff, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast provides a great excuse to outstay your welcome. "

"We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try...
