"Costas and family have built a beautiful hotel. The staff - especially Costas daughter - is extremely friendly and welcoming. They will offer you everything to make you stay pleasant. They will open the kitchen for you and cook for you anything you’ll ask for. The place is clean, green environment with wonderful atmosphere. Very very recommended!"

"We stayed here one night in October. The hotel is brand new, and there is an indoor garage only for the guests. The design of the lobby is pretty, and so is the swimming pool. The family room was spacious even when adding an extra bed. The breakfast was great, our child loved it since it included belgian waffles with Nutella.they renewed the selection constantly. I do think that due to COVID19, guests should not serve the food independently. It was the only hotel in Greece we saw this happening....

"Everything was great, only, we couldn’t sleep all night because of the dry air/heat. Not their fault, we weren’t prepared. Internet is pretty slow (upload) if that matters to you, in the mountains :) Otherwise, breakfast was incredible and the staff very friendly! View is amazing! Love it"

"The hotel is hosting for the last two months refugees. We arrived at the date we have booked and the stuff was trying to convince us that there was no reservation for that date or any date. The money had not been taken by the owner from owr account but there was no cansellation by e-mail or any contact to inform us that the rooms are curently unavailable for customers and hosting refugees. The architecture of the grounds and rooms were spectacular and we got to know more on how it was crafted. Overall it was very unique and the location was perfect with a very serene atmosphere. We had a car so driving to Florina was 5 mins. We will be back again!"
