"Good value and location. Was clean and staff was kind and helpful. Room is very small so be aware as this it’s difficult for two people with more than carry on bags to open suitcases. Breakfast was impressive buffet of lots of options mostly Japanese but still a few western options. "

"WOW. We stayed in a Japanese style room-- it was gorgeous and included a view of a garden (on the 6th floor). The room was super nice, shower was amazing. And, it's proximity to Sendai station and shopping opportunities made it perfect for our stay."

"Hotel is a bit from the downtown, but it is surrounded by very friendly neighborhood with everyhing properly located within 15min walking distance. Another interesting point is that it almost felt like as if I am in rich suburban city from the States or Europe. "

"The hotel is one of the beautiful hotel in center of Sendai city. Many Europe style objects make you feel to stay in out side of Japan. They have connecting room, so they provided the room for our family, @ adults and two teenager. The kid of service is very rare nowadays, so we really appreciate their kindness. We love to stay the hotel again. Sure, their food quality is wonderful. Please order your breakfast and book their Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel. "

"良くも悪くも、この地方のバブル期の感じの宿でした。サービスは一般的な他の宿の数段上ですが… それじゃない感が… 料理も美味しく、素人目に見てもいい素材を使ってます。隠し包丁を入れずに箸で切れる牛タンとか久しぶりに食べました。祝い事での利用でしたが、子供も多くいたので騒がしい中、スタッフの方々は良くして頂きました。露天付き客室の雰囲気も良かったので、今回のような(子供が多く、足の不自由な人もいる)使い方であれば非常に良かったと思います。カップルには向かないかな？"
