"Everything was great, except for the valet charge of $30. Amenities and taxes took it over $41. Isn't the valet already an amenity? I really liked the place, but $40 to park bothered me."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean and would definitely stay again!"

"Large clean room. No refrigerator."

"We stayed for a night and the room was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed sitting in the outdoor hot tub after a long day. Extremely close to the outlets and downtown shopping. The front desk staff were great, especially the German boy. The only issue we had was the couch was broken - thankfully it was just the two of us and didn’t need to use it but if the family was with us it would not of worked. Also there are no curtains so the light steams in very...

"The Omni and the spa are amazing!"

"Lovely facility ."

"We had a great experience at Drury Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The popcorn machine was a huge hit with our kids! We really enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks. The free breakfast was really good! The pool and hot tub were quite nice. We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well. The location of the hotel was in such a great location making it really easy to get around downtown Pittsburgh by foot. The only negative comment is that the beds were very...

"The place was absolutely stunning"

"The room was very clean. Last time I visited I felt it was newly built or recently upgraded. That was 4 yrs ago. I noticed only mild changes like scuffing on doors. Again I felt bedding and comfort of beds excellent. I noticed some basic wear but it will not keep me from returning. I loved the local asheville tea company tea offerings but the coffee was still excellent and the morning coffee table still very appealing. All staff are helpful, kind and professional. Cant wait to return"

"My stay at the Drury Inn was great! The staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfort"

"The Tennessean Hotel was very accommodating. We were there to tour UT campus. It was a quick turnaround but hope to be back soon. We will definitely reserve our stay at the Tennessean moving forward. Thank you for the accommodations, clean room, but most of all the hospitality."

"Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, las habitaciones y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente...

"Had a reservation, they over booked their rooms. We had to change hotels. Not good."
