The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out "

"Initially we were not told that we should reserve for parking, so finding where we were to park was confusing; however, the lot was fine and we were charged 2 euros! The hotel is a design dream. Crazy that you can see into the bathroom, but it works. The club on the top floor is fun with a great view of the city. The staff is very patient and friendly."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and couldn’t fault it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was super , all based on the work of Jules Verne. The room was clean,the bed comfortable and the wifi good. There were lots of nice touches like the provision of a glass carafe of water which could be refilled from the machine in reception so reducing single use plastic waste. The hotel offer an express breakfast for people like us who want to be away early. It’s within easy walking distance of the town. The parking is secure and you can reserve a parking space. If we ever found ourselves in Biarritz again, we would definitely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. "
