Two large stone fireplaces in the main lobby add to the ambiance. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There are several restaurants to choose from, including an ice cream shop and gift shops. In my opinion the only place to stay in Asheville"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel! Everything from the staff to the room to the property itself was top notch! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was stylishly furnished and comfortable. I loved the recommendation list we were given and the access to the concierge. It is also very conveniently located and easily walkable to enjoy one of the many breweries or local shops. "

Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. "At the time of booking a bed-and-breakfast I thought that breakfast would be included and be prepared by cook. But I got breakfast in a bag in refrigerator to take to my room. If I would’ve known prior to booking the bed and breakfast I would’ve not to stay there."

Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."
