"Given the location (at the border, far away from larger cities) and given the price, this hotel clearly aims at a luxury market. It has a 5* spa, but the rest of the experience is 3* at max. The overall looks of the hotel are nice but just functional. The room is natural wood but lacks any signs of luxury. The food in the restaurant was average at best. "Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, elegant, im klassischen Stil,wunderschön. Jeder Raum ein kleines Schmuckstück! Ein herrlicher Garten,viele Blumen,charmante kleine Ecken... kleines, feines Pool. Der Ort nicht prickelnd, aber eine herrliche Aussicht! Sehr zu empfehlen für romantische Kurzurlaube, Ruhesuchende, Gesundheitsaufenthalt und Schönheitstage... die Kosmetik einfach herrlich. War sehr zufrieden mit der Buchung!!!!! 5 Sterne plus!"

"Schönes Hotel mit direktem Bademantelgang zur Rottal Therme. Großes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Gut durchdachtes Beleuchtungskonzept. Restaurant auch sehr gemütlich mit vielen Zweier Tischen. Therme kostet extra, ist aber deutlich günstiger, als der Eintritt vor ort."

"Die Lage zur Europatherme ist natürlich hervorragend. Es ist immer noch sehr gut, wenn auch einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist.. Leider ist nach dem Abendessen - welches sehr gut ist - tote Hose. Die alte Bar ist nicht mehr und das Angebot in dem großen Speisesaal noch weiter zu sitzen ist total ungemütlich und wird nicht angenommen. Wäre schön, wenn das nach dem Umbau berücksichtigt wird."
