"Au moment de la réservation, nous n’avons pas été prévenus que la chambre donnait sur la voie du tramway ainsi que sur les poubelles de l’hôtel. Le double vitrage n’était pas suffisant pour nous éviter les désagréments du bruit et bien que nous ayons demandé une chambre moins bruyante donnant sur l’autre côté de l’hôtel on nous a maintenus dans la même chambre pendant les 4 nuits de notre séjour."

"The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."
