Also things that seem to have been broken and hasn't been replaced. Maybe also help set the AC so it blows cold enough. Also reduce the music playing in the hallways. I woke up in the middle of the night and could hear it in my room. Special kudos for the extra care to customer service and giving Internet TV options...

"Almost new facilities but Staff attitude was very poor. Highly inflexible to guests and generally poor reception. Mold in the bathroom, shower pressure near zero with water running in trickles. Cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone. "

"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...

"The staff are exceptional in their care for guests however the facility itself is not new and could use an upgrade. The facility has another location across the hotel which is a bit more modern. I stayed there and enjoyed my stay for 4 days."
