"The hotel is great and the pool is lovely. Staff and service were strong. The location is a bit out of the way. For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance."

"Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. "It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations...
