"Easy walking distance to a good bus service minutes to the town centre in Siena suburb. Stayed 2 nights no complaints. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant and bar was good. Breakfast good. Overall a good hotel."

"My friend and I had such a relaxing time at Relais!! We both got amazing massages from Natalie, the staff helped me figure out how to get to Rome after, the rooms were GORGEOUS, the pool was spectacular and got great poolside drinks, and the food/wine was the best!!! Stay here for a romantic and relaxing getaway surrounded by Tuscany’s beautiful rolling hills and vineyards. Would definitely come back!"

"This was hands down the most spectacular vacation spot we could have asked for while travelling around Chianti. "The building, the views, the staff, the food, everything was just incredible. It was so quiet we felt like we were the only people there until we went for breakfast and realised there were others in the hotel. The view from the our room at the back of the hotel over the Tuscan hills will live with me for a very long time. "

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."
