"We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time."

"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from...

Das Essen war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und am Büffet selber zusammenstellbar (Frühstück und Abendessen). Der Balaton ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch die nächste Bademöglichkeit eher mit Auto zu erreichen ist, zumindest mit Kleinkind. "The location of this Hotel is good for enjoying lake Balaton. There is a very expensive and a free beachfront that is in walk-in distance. The breakfast and the dinner is served in the hotel’s restaurant and both the food and the service is good. We had a second floor room without elevator. We had heavy luggages which we had to carry to the second floor without any help from the hotel. The room had a nice view. The room was clean but the make up of the beds were sloppy and we did not have enough...

"Cosy clean room. We had room facing sreet, We was there in May so not busy. Central, near start of vinyards. Good breakfast selection & dinner was good too .! Not a big selection but what they did have was tasty, we enjoyed it more than other hotels we have stayed at."

"This is a fine, simple hotel in town. It is close to a couple grocery stores but you do need to walk some to the beach. The room was fine, nothing fancy but had the basics and was clean. The worst part of the stay was the food as many of the previous reviewers have stated. The breakfast was edible but nowhere near great, the coffee was awful and the dinner, well, we ended up finding other alternatives because of the limited choices. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. "
