"The no-smoking floor rooms are important basic requisite for non-smokers basic rights for fresh air..... TQ. It's a terrible experience for my 5 other friends who had to endure the smoker''s room due to availability.... and they were forced to pay extra for the business rooms on the 5th floor ! "

"The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) .
