"I like the hotel and stayed here a few times before. The room is comfortable and the location suits me well. The last couple of times however, the food in the restaurants was not great, the service was slow. The bar was serviced by some random employee who didn’t really know what they were doing and served me a cheap semi dry wine. Notable for a region known for its wines. The shower-head was also broken and fell when I turned the water on. Overall it felt like the place was loosing it. I am not...
"Whilst not in the old town itself, it is only a five minute walk away. It is also convenient for the station.
Breakfast is good, and included.
Great value for money - would recommend it."
"Die Autos stehen direkt vor den Zimmern. Das war praktisch aber Nachts war es dadurch extrem laut, wenn Autos geparkt haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Es war nicht sehr sauber und Dinge wie z.B. die Kloschüssel waren kaputt.
Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht sehr hilfsbereit."
"The sound of the watermills all around the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very large and well appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Please try the in house restaurant for dinner. They serve seafood and vegetables and it was outstanding!"
"The suite we booked was as described, spacious, clean. Staff was excellent, check in was easy and hotel staff were great. Plenty of parking is available onsite"
"Fijn hotel, niet al te groot, dus lekker rustig. Prima zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime kamer met een goed bed en goede douche. De kamer was schoon en ruim. Airco werkt uitstekend.
We hebben er een heerlijk verblijf gehad."
"couldnt have been a better find - outstanding boutique hotel /B/B we were welcomed and every trip dinner and wine tasting were superb . Would return in a heartbeat"
"Beautiful location, though one need a car to get around though. Swimming pool was very nice, and rooms were a good size, some with come with balconies. Air conditioning was working very well.
We had dinner one of the nights, which was absolutely special, excellent food and an amazing wine list with beautiful views over the Barolo vineyards.
Welcome was a bit underwhelming and service was a bit slow but the food made up for it. Breakfast service was simple but more than sufficient to start...
"This is a veritable gem of a place, surrounded by the fabulous Piedmont scenery wherever you turn. Carlo, his wife and their team were superb, a warm and friendly welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel facilities are good, with everything you might expect in the room, and the bonus of a beautiful peaceful garden and terrace, where meals can be served, and a lovely pool. But, above all, the food produced by Carlo almost defies description! It is simply, in my view, just of the...
"Firstly staff were excellent.
Lobby and the was good.
The restaurant was excellent and would recommend.
The terrace was great once the sun went down. Take a glass of wine and watch the stars come out.
Now the room itself. It was clean and they gave us a free bottle of wine from their winery which was a nice touch.
The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but could be fixed with a decent matress topper. Our issue is the Airconditioning is not good enough when is is hot out. We had a west facing room...
"Très belle situation géographique avec vue sur les environs. Hôtel un peu à l'écart du village. Etablissement très bien entretenu et avec goût. Parking facile d'accès. Très bonne restauration (diner), et bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très serviable.
Endroit à recommander sans hésitation."
