"We absolutely loved our stay at La Chevrerie! The owner met us at the gate even though we checked in super late and she was so kind and gracious. The staff was amazing the few days we were there- just so helpful and accommodating. We snorkeled from the resort and saw lots of coral, fish, and a turtle! We ate multiple great meals at the resort. "Had a lovely stay at AV Suites in one of their Twin Suites, located on the ground level of the hotel, and my room has an amazing view of the main street and the ocean in front and the mountain in the backdrop. The room is spacious and has a 2 beds and a minibar. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. "While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

"The Premier Suite is not worth the extra money. The Premier Seaview is AWESOME and is about the same size as the Suite. The restaurant is great. The grounds are clean and the pool is beautiful. The staff are kind and courteous. You need to call the number on your reservation to schedule a free boat to pick you up and take you to the private island that Fridays is on. The Coral Gardens are right across the channel, almost a stone's throw. Rent a small boat to take you there to snorkel!"

"I filtered the selection to rooms with bath tubs. I even put it in the remarks section before check in. I only found out that there's no bath tub upon entering the room. The room also reeked of bleach. Bath shampoo at gel containers won't dispense properly. Shower will only work if full pressure. "

"From pool time to beach dining, there are some great places to rest or enjoy water sports. Staff are attentive and the resort is on a quiet beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and also respond to Messenger or text, which is convenient for ordering lunch or asking about snorkeling. White Beach is 2 minutes away for shopping or the boardwalk. The junior suite has a nice bathbtub, fridge and balcony. Family rooms are right on the beach level. Nice!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at La Chevrerie! The owner met us at the gate even though we checked in super late and she was so kind and gracious. The staff was amazing the few days we were there- just so helpful and accommodating. We snorkeled from the resort and saw lots of coral, fish, and a turtle! We ate multiple great meals at the resort. The food was delicious. We also found an awesome Italian restaurant walking distance from the resort. I got a massage in the spa and we were able to make use of the little fitness room they have as well. Definitely recommend hiking from the hotel to Mt Gulugud. It was a steep climb up but the views were so worth it. You can also get a car to the top too if you'd rather skip the hike. We loved our time here and will definitely come back if we ever make it back to the area! "
