"Worst stay experience ever. We are seasoned travelers staying in different locations over 20 times a year. CozySuites-William was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We arrived 30 minutes after our permitted check-in time and the unit wasn’t ready. Not only wasn’t it ready, there was piles of dirty towels and linen all over the floors, so getting to the room was challenging enough. Once we got there we wish we hadn’t.
