"Welcoming staff on arrival. We had originally booked a studio and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Was spacious and clean. Not that we had travelled to Ballarat on the train but Quest Station was right next to the station. And the premises were within walking distance to cinema and to restaurants "

"We stayed here for two nights, prior to attending a family function nearby, and it was fantastic. It's very comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious and close to Lake Wendouree. Our check in was quick and professional. Our only complaint is that the wifi continually drops out."

"The decor and styling of the hotel was so unique. We just loved it. The hotel lobby had lovey vibes, there were cosy arm chairs set up where you can have a drink by the fire. "

"Very clean, very quiet, would stay here again. Very LARGE gap under balcony door which needs a draught excluder (we used a blanket). No parking space available so had to park out on the street. Office not open at 0940 Sunday morning when we checked out, so unable to pass this information on."

The heater and all other amenities worked amazing they even had a mini heater in the bathroom which was a first and being winter it was AMAZING! a bit outdated but as a castle i think thats the vibe and we loved it!
