"This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful spa area."

"Lovely old property close to towns in the scenic Dordogne. A car is essential. We stayed in the old castle which was charming. Excellent restaurant - be sure to book ahead."

"A beautiful place to stay, decorated tastefully and not overdone. My room was very attractive and although the mattress was firmer than I am used to I slept well. My view was over the valley but view from rooms facing this old village would also have been attractive. Efficient air conditioning greatly! "The chateau service was so personable, like family. Nadia and Paola treated us like family. Beautiful Maraval suite. Great breakfast!"

"Benedict (front desk) very friendly, helpful. Good parking. Restaurant not available because of group."
