"Overall, our stay was good; there was one exception, our last night's stay, the hotel alarm went off at 0200 in the morning for about 20 minutes, before they fixed the issue and finally let the hotel guest know over the intercom that the issue had been corrected. The slots and "Bubble Craps, especially," could have paid out better than they did, but other than that, our hotel stay was good."

"This place is awesome. We were going to stay in a regular king with a river view. When checked in the manager said wait a second I might be able to upgrade your stay. He did and it was totally worth it. This was a great place to stay. I will be going back next year!!! Staff was totally awesome."

If you use a wheelchair or power chair it will be very difficult, or impossible, to use the bathroom. The manager was very helpful and staff great but the hotel needs refurbishment and upgrading to greatly improve access for people with disabilities."

"The views are beautiful. The employees are all amazing. The food was excellent. The dueling piano players were no bueno. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet tub and sink are crammed together. The shower had two body washes and conditioner. No shampoo. The pool was small and packed. Day use at the spa is the way to go but pricey. They limit capacity which is nice and necessary."
