Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and outside. Breakfast was really lovely. Les Grill restaurant was really good, they dealt with a minor issue we had very well. Steak was amazing."
