"I stay here often. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. Bathrooms are clean but sometimes the hot water takes a bit to warm up. They need to work on maintaining the property. It’s ok now but if they don’t start fixing it up soon it won’t be good. Exercise equipment doesn’t work well as several machines are not functioning properly. Hallway carpets aren’t clean. "This was my third stay at The Deco. I love the convenient downtown location. It’s an easy walk to the Old Market where there are many good shops and restaurants and a Farmers Market on Saturday morning. It’s directly across the street from the Orpheum Theatre and there are two great bars connected to the hotel, as well as a restaurant that’s open for dinner."
