"There is no beach at the property, but you can still snorkel. The units and pool were clean and nice. The gym is extremely small and the one treadmill there was not working. I told the repair man several days in a row but it was never fixed. But, overall it was a very nice property. Rent a car so you can drive to the public beach."

"We stayed in the "Family" condo. Walked right from our screened in porch to sand and ocean. Condo is bright, modern and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The building itself is just ok, pool and jacuzzi just ok, but I booked this unit for the ocean access and how updated the condo is. Love the layout. One recommendation is wear water shoes or fins (that cover your heels). Lots of rocks as you enter the ocean (for several feet into the water). Our feet got scuffed up at other beaches...

"We really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet, clean, well landscaped property. Parking was a breeze and close to the condo. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. There was a very beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would comeback in a heartbeat. "

"This is a super cute little group of homes with a pool on the water. Here are the things you won't know from the advertisement although you're on the water you can't swim it's covered in rocks and coral. Bring aquasocks if you plan on trying to go out on the water. The furniture in unit two in the living room needs to be replaced you sit on the couch or love seat and you sink in. Beds and pillow are very good. Ac is good. Dishwasher needs updating. "The unit, ocean views, amenities, and location are awesome. Judy and her team with Cayman Luxury Villas did a great job and communicated with us throughout our stay. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is the appliances, lighting, and other systems in the unit were very complicated to figure out for most people that will be renting for a short period of time. "Came here in September 2023 and had an amazing time. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very accommodating. Place was as described on the website and breathtaking.
