"Location is good; it is a short walk up the stairs to the Citadel. Property is right on the main route but there was no problem with roadway noise. We came by foot from the train station and the walk was not too far. We didn't need parking, but it did look adequate. On site restaurant was quite good and it is in a nice courtyard. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel arranged for a driver to take us to Biertan and Viscri which worked out really well."

"Felt very comfortable, all staff from cleaning lady to waitress to bar man at the spa were really pleasant,with a smile on their face and ready to help you with any questions we might have. The young lady from the reception help us find things to visit in the area, called and made appointments for us.Food was very good, the entire resort very vlean. Thank you, recommend any time"

"They charged me for the room when I entered the hotel, even though I said I had already paid. I said I had already paid, but I was told that I would get a refund through hotels.com. When I reported the situation to Hotels officials, they lied to me that I smoked in the room and tore the sheet even though I did not smoke. They said they would not pay. Shame on you. Do not go. Fraudsters"
