Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the on-site restaurant, La Terrazza. "The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is incredible in the old town but worth noting it is a decent climb from where the shuttle bus from Rimini drops you off. There can be a bit of noise from stores and restaurants setting up in the morning. Nothing huge but if you’re a very light sleeper you might wake early. The upside is you get to explore the old town in the morning and evening when there aren’t any tourists and the streets are clear. Wonderful stay in San Marino."

"The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"
