"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

The lobby and restaurants were stunning, creating an inviting and stylish atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The food was delicious across the board, and the rooftop bar was truly exquisite, excellent cocktails, great ambiance, and a standout experience.
