"Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay. "

"My favourite hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Location good for a short walk into the old town, but easily accessible from the highway. Comfortable rooms, underground parking, reasonable price. Shame the Wellington bar is closed at the moment."

"Property is located at convenient location for experiencing the town, tapas etc. but no parking was available for our day of stay. Unloading area is for 15 min and might be occupied by another vehicle. If you are a light sleeper, walls are thin and you will hear noise from outside especially on lower floors. Staff was helpful! Overall an ok stay! "
