"Great place. Historic building dating back several hundred years, very tastefully now a Parador. Everything was immaculate, staff were great. Excellent wine @4 euro per glass. Breakfast was amazing. "Beautiful setting in a limestone gorge with a river flowing through it. Better than a white noise machine! There are hiking and mountaineering trails in the immediate vicinity. As a vegan, I appreciated that they included both a vegan and vegetarian option on the dinner menu. The thermal pools and the baths (balneario) were lovely. Don’t forget your bathing cap! "
