"We stayed 4 days. 3 nights at the resort. The pictures show a full kitchen for a junior suite which is a lie. The hotel had to upgrade my room to a 2 bedroom because I bought hundreds of dollars of groceries to feed my family because I thought I booked a suite with a kitchen. It was inconvenient for my family to have to check out at 11am from one room and check back in to the upgraded room. Thank you Joselyn for honoring the upgrade. Hotels.com you should make sure your pictures are accurate on your site that shows exactly what the amenities are for each room. "

"I fell in love with this place right as I drove up onto the property. It's beautiful inside the lobby so the first impression was a great one. It's RIGHT on the water with it's own beach area and a lovely pool! There are a few restaurants on the property (which can use some vegan and vegetarian options) but that's really my only knock. Tons of parking, a two story garage as well as a parking lot so no need to worry about that. The room is big and beautiful. I had a room facing the Gulf and it has a patio so you can just sit outside and enjoy the view! I will definitely be staying here EVERY time I go to Pensacola Beach! "
