"We enjoyed our weekend stay at Yotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty small but the layout worked for our small family with the pull down bed and bunks. It was nice to have a full kitchen that even included a dishwasher. Property was very clean. There were some spots in the hallway on the carpet that needed cleaning, however the room itself and the rest of the property was very clean. Heated pool and hot tub were nice after a busy day, and my son enjoyed the game room...

"The property is under construction. Nathan the front desk clerk was phenomenal! We walked into a disgusting moldy smelling room and he personally came over to our room and found us a very nice room that was clean and well kept. The property being under construction the exercise room is subpar with improvements that should be made. Holes in ceilings in halls, etc. Hopefully, the room we were first assigned to gets a major overhaul"

"I booked a room with a deck, all the photos showed that. There was no deck! Also the bathroom is basically in the bedroom, only closed off by a shutter. Tried to get help and a different room, with NO luck. Car didn’t fit in the parking! Terrible experience. There were almost no guests and they wouldn’t help us at all!"
