"I was not aware but each of the units at the hotel are individually owned. So some have updated furniture and some dont. Overall i gave it a 4 star due to the room conditions. The view from the hotel is a 5 star. U cannot get any closer to the waves then this hotel. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony and enjoying the view and the souds of the waves hitting the rock. "The condo was very nice. In a great location, and very close to the quiet pool. It was within 8 min drive of all restaurants and magic beach, which is small but very nice. "

"I cannot tell you how incredibly happy we were with this place! It was clean, safe, quiet (even though we were very near the pool). All the good things. BUT, the most exciting part was the view that we had. Our lanai was massive. My husband said at least a dozen times, "I think we've got the best place in this joint!" LOL. Perfect view of the sunset over the ocean. AND a view of the sunrise over the volcanoes. Best of all worlds!! 10/10. No doubt! This is the place you want to stay"
