"Save yourself the headache and do not book this property through hotels.com. I booked this property for a family of 5 for Memorial weekend. One of the most busiest weekends in Ruidoso. This property was booked in advance because we knew there was limited amounts of properties available. Our check in date was Friday and checkout date Monday. I booked this property through Hotels.com and arrived on the property Friday. We unpacked all our belongings for the long weekend and stocked up on groceries...

"Great place to stay! Beautiful view , spacious, clean and safe! The only thing we did not like was that it is advertised 5 bedrooms and it is only 4 bedrooms. The 5 th one is a twin bed in a hall. If you have kids that would probably work but not for adults. No door , no privacy. "

"The Cabin was so nice, pictures on internet don't show the hole Cabin, but you got to see it to enjoy this great place! Nice, comfortable, great location, clean, a Cabin not that small or not that big, just great, and nice views of the mountains. Had stayed at a Condo before but I didn't like that they only had like two towels, this place has like 14 all together, I really loved that since I totally forgot to take some. Close to a Subs, walk distance from the Lake, I really recommend this place...
