"The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are great for getting a good night’s rest.
My only suggestions for improvement would be regarding the front desk and restaurant service. During check-in, there are not enough staff members available to assist guests, which results in long wait times.
Also, when you arrive at the restaurant, you may have to wait quite a while before someone acknowledges you. It would be nice if the staff could at least greet guests and...
"The only nice thing I can say was the staff was polite.
The amenities were scarce and overpriced. The breakfast was your average hotel buffet but for some reason it was $40 each.
The bathroom in our bedroom was disgusting. Burn marks on the counter. Room 313.
The hallway smelled like poop.
Elevators had serious issues with leaking water"
"The hotel is in a perfect location at the entrance to Old San Juan. And it literally has the chatGP best restaurant in OLD San Juan. We had dinner there 2 of our 3 nights Mar y Rosa. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Absolutely loved it"
"The attendants helped take our bags up to our room when we arrived and were nothing but pleasant, helpful and kind. They let us know ahead of time that the elevators would be out of service for most of the stay. They also upgraded our room for free for our honeymoon! The rooftop pool was fabulous as well. Everything was absolutely wonderful!"
"Staff were incredible and a wealth of knowledge about the town, we wouldn't have eaten nearly as good without all their recommendations. The hotel is beautiful, couldn't recommend it highly enough."
"The hotel offers an exceptional experience, particularly regarding its celebratory amenities and personalized room decorations. The culinary offerings are outstanding, with the pasta and meatballs being notable highlights, complemented by top-tier beverage service. Furthermore, the high-quality shower facilities and the breathtaking views at both sunrise and sunset contributed to a truly memorable stay."
