"It’s a newly opened hotel in a central location in Olsztyn. The food in a restaurant is great and staff was amazing. The carpark entrance situation is a bit unusual (getting your car to the carpark by lift) but given the location it was probably the best way to build it. Overall the hotel left very good impression. "The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."
