Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. "I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "

"Terrible service. Took 4-5 requests for everything. Flush wasn’t working well. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast started an hour late with slow service. Electrical were shot. I’d rate it as a 2 star hotel tops."
