"Staff were wonderful. The facility is sparking clean and what I would call “Balkan glitz”. The parking was easy, the room was medium size (perfect) and totally comfortable, beds weee good. The restaurant is the 2nd star of the show (staff first): amazing dinner and great service. The breakfast was unreal, we are still talking about it a week later. Great option for people driving, seemed far from “town”. "

"Very modern hotel, excellent location, kind and friendly staff. Room is very small. Everything in the room is controlled by smart panels , which is a little overdone. If you turn off the panels everything becomes so dark that it’s impossible to find the panel again.excellent breakfast!"

"This hotel was so easy to get across the street to the airport for our 6am flight, we got to sleep in as late as possible. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The chocolate given at check in and check out was such a kind added bonus. "This is still a decent hotel, in a very good location (lake shore, park, practically opposite street to the Mall) yet the rooms nedd refurbish, towels and bad were clen yet shall be replaced with new ones and the breakfast is just average."
