"iTrip Orlando was the biggest issue with our stay. The internet service was out when we arrived, iTrip Orlando told us to call Spectrum and we spent 3 hours from 10 pm -1 am trying to fix the internet which was not fixed for 3 days bc they ignored us for 3 fays at iTrip Orlandorefusing to return our calls, 1 day prior to our departure. Secondly iTrip Orlando did not notify me that they required and extra payment of 40.00 per day to heat the spa, i rented a home with a spa so i could use the spa...

"Beautiful property. Had an issue with payment-expedia didnt pay by the time we got there so i had to pay twice but the hotel was really nice and refunded the money without issue. The Presidential suite was really nice and came fully stocked with oven, washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances which was so helpful when on vacation. 5 stars in my book."
