"The property was wonderful and as a guest I appreciated the key security to get into the hotel, as it is located near the train station with a lot of street traffic. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. So we gave up and left the hotel and had our drinks and spent our money elsewhere. If you can't staff...

"The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. Local (faster foods) eating was available within a short walking distance."

"The hotel, location and area are perfect for enjoying the beautiful city of Dijon. The restaurant is good too. But why save a few cents and put paper cups instead of glasses in the room? Or have elevators out of order? You can do better. "

Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly… Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back… "
