"Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a bungalow with a private pool. Every detail of this hotel is just lovely. The food buffet is excellent and we chose to have dinner there most nights because it was simply better than the restaurants in the area. The pool is really and they have fun live music on the weekend. We did not go to the beach that was near the hotel as there are nicer ones on other parts of the island but it was very convenient when we wanted to do a boat trip. Big recommend for...

"We arrived from the airport to be greeted with a sign for the a strip club next door. Not a great start! The pool, bar and staff were lovely. Staff particularly great. The rooms were tiny. Breakfast was chaotic- half an hour before service closure and so much not available. Dirty cups, no cutlery available. The air con was very loud- kept us awake. The bathroom was in dire need of an overhaul. The price did not in any way way reflect what you got. Sadly, way too bad overpriced. "

"Amazing Villa, to say it’s spotlessly clean is an understatement, extremely well equipped, friendly greeting on arrival, good communication from villa owner. We were a family of 6 staying there and hired a car for our stay, which was definitely needed, as although it is probably a 15/20 min walkable distance to Gouvia & Marina the roads we not suited to walking with children in tow. Couldn’t fault the Villa at all, would definitely recommend and return."

"What Beautiful spot. The location has an amazing view of the Garitsa Bay, the 800 yr old Fortress and the famous Corfu Palace Hotel and Casino. It's an 8€ cab to old town and has a lot of restaurants in the area. The owner is amazing and helpful. The place is super well equipped with all including lots of global satelite TV service as well as the eminities needed. We'll be back for sure"

"I wasn’t able to stay at this apartment due to a problem with heating, but Christos gave 24 hours notice of the issue, and offered a similar apartment just down the street. Communication was friendly and efficient. The apartments are on a slightly shabby but characterful street with several grocery stores and cafes nearby. Perfect for a short stay before a ferry ride (just a five minute walk away) or if you want a quiet place to stay while exploring the old town (15 minute walk)."

"The property was perfect size for our group of 10 people. Everything was clean and owner was friendly. Some downsides were that Afra is kind of out of the way from many of the attractions in Corfu. The jacuzzi seemed to have live electrical current going into it, so we were not able to use it. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, very stiff and small. Quite a few bugs on the property, most us got multiple bites. There was also multiple wasp nests on the balcony ceiling."
