Stayed for three nights and had an EXCELLENT experience. Relieved to have booked the Bayview room, especially now after reading some of the negative reviews regarding the rooms facing the back of the hotel. Keep in mind it’s a small town, so obviously there are going to be roosters like the norm in the Philippines. Our stay at Bacau Bay was wonderful! The property was beautiful with great facilities and the staff were so nice and helpful. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in their beautiful pool and ordering poolside food and drinks. It’s also a short tuktuk ride into town, which the hotel staff were easily able to help call for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent many more there.

Our customer service experience was stellar here! There seemed to be a miscommunication when checking in where we were given one room with a triple bed, instead of the two doubles I paid for. The front desk ended up upgrading to a even larger suite free of charge, that had a little bit more separation. Even helped us get an impromptu shuttle the following day to the airport after a flight change. So grateful for this team and their help!
