"Very nice room! Roomy, great bed, nice mini fridge and toiletries. Iron and terry robes. Wonderful patio with real dining table and chairs. Front desk was super nice and professional. Affiliated parking about a block away was safe and easy (used since the onsite parking was only for very compact cars.) location was smack in the center of town with many restaurants and activities nearby. Highly recommended!!"

"This hotel is a gem, with well-appointed rooms (go for the "Sea View" rooms if you can, to see the sun rise over the Mar Menor), a first-rate staff and the best breakfast of the three hotels I stayed in during this trip to Spain.Walking distance to several great dining options (highly recommend the Bar Restaurant El Delfin), and to the walk along the beach, as well. I hope to stay at this hotel again during my next trip to Los Alcázares!"

"My room was bright and large. Everything looks beautiful with flowers (I particularly love to see and smell lavender everywhere. Dining options not great: sometimes open, sometimes closed with no notification. Sometimes buffet, sometimes a la carte, again no notification. Reception: staff not too friendly (except for one young man, but unfortunately I did not take his name) Not gracefully offering assistance, even to simply call a taxi for me. I was also told that there was no other restaurants...

"The property itself is excellent. The rooms are well proportioned, especially the bathrooms, and 3 pools means there is plenty to go around. However the pools were very cold compared to the swimming pools in Benidorm the week before with similar sun cover and air temperature. Also the property seems to catch the wind excessively, there wasn't a day where your towel was safe on your sunbed from being blown away. The kids club wasn't promoted so we had no real idea if it was working it not - I...

"The stay was very good , hotel was quite , due to the time of the year. Very helpful with local information that i needed in connection with my business trip. choice of breakfast food was good. rooms clean . "

No supermarket on site, only club house restaurant, although food was v nice at club, got v busy when golf comps finished etc. Air con turned off every 3 hours, bit annoying when its 34 degrees and so during the night you had to go into...
