"Check in was smooth. Room was okay nothing spectacular. The shower is not private, coffee selection is minimal. If you purchase coffee from the bar/restaurant it’s very expensive and strong. They will tax you on EVERYTHING. We paid in advance for parking and they tax that which was more than the 2 nights of parking. So 2 nights of parking was $120.00 USD. Very minimal food selection on the menu and a plain Cesar salad was over 25.00. McDonald’s is connected to the property so you have that option but small menu and expensive."

"Surprisingly good. Remarkable reception staff, especially once they understood I was never going to do self checkin. Never. I don’t travel to an in-person meeting to interact with a computer! The staff were awesome. Great dinner in the restaurant, service and staff, but take your ear plugs at breakfast. The music selection is the worst at breakfast and completely unbearable and unnecessary."

The view from the room was quite average, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. It did feel slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."

"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zürich. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay.
