I liked that they provided a fan in the room because it did get a little warm and it didn’t seem like the room had AC. I was a bit disappointed because it said it had laundry facilities and laundry service but they didn’t and when we asked, they were helpful in searching for a location for us to do laundry at. "

"We have stayed at the Rheinhotel Dreesen many times and the staff is without fail friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, pretty, fastidiously clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread is wonderful and you're dining in a spectacular room with huge windows looking out over the river and across at castle-topped hills. It's definitely worth springing for a room with a balcony on the river if you can swing it -- gorgeous sunrises, glittering lights at night, boats and swans passing by....

"Good hotel, and would be better if the outside check-in kiosk would work. It didn’t, and not just for me but for multiple people. It’s an issue if you want to check in late. Another improvement would be if I could charge my EV in the garage. But staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, bathroom is clean. TV is not very user friendly, with dozens of channels that are not available but you have to page through."

"I was there for work, yet there was no access to the internet from my room throughout my stay. This caused real inconvenience. Had to use my roaming at my own cost for online meetings etc Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Did not expect such poor service and facilities."
